The Kaleo Conference for Teachers

September 21 @ 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
20 Front Street
Lake Orion, MI 48362 United States

Drawing out the best in each child through the performing arts

This conference is for any educator interested in training and inspiration on how to draw out the best in their students using the performing arts. Whether you’re a public school music teacher, a dance instructor at a studio, or just a kindergarten teacher who loves to sing and dance with your kids, we invite you to come and learn from some of Detroit’s most passionate teachers. Come be inspired to break the mold and find innovative ways to help your students overcome their insecurities, tap into their creative abilities, and learn to express themselves confidently with a purpose to go out there and change the world!

Kaleo Arts is a non-profit organization that creates performing arts programming for students focused on character development and confidence. We hold after school musical theatre programs for elementary schools as well as songwriting workshops for elementary through High School students. We are excited to put on this conference because we have seen what an impact the arts can have on a child and we hope to broaden our tribe and share our amazing experiences with others.
