Sadie Bass wsg Aspen Jacobsen

December 17 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
20 Front Street
Lake Orion, MI 48362 United States

Country music singer/songwriter Sadie Bass grew up in small town Bath, Michigan. Often thought of as the son her dad never had, she spent much of her childhood hunting and fishing in the outdoors. Living a simple, active life style is at the core of who she is. And yes, Sadie Bass is her given name.

For most of her life, Sadie sang behind closed doors. At age 19 she felt God call her to start seriously pursuing music. In the same month she left college and her softball scholarship behind her, and went all in on her country music dream.

Sadie has never been motivated by the potential of fame or fortune. Her real passion is connecting with people through her music. “Whenever I am playing a show and see someone in the crowd singing along to one of my originals, or when someone messages me saying they related to my lyrics during a tough time, it’s the best feeling in the world” Sadie commented in a 2021 interview. It is that feeling that ultimately pushed her to make the move from her home town to Nashville in early 2020.

Sadie has now opened for dozens of national acts, released four studio singles, and is a contestant on this season of ‘The Voice’. She aspires to pave the way for other bad-ass female artist in country music, and hopes this is only the beginning for her successful career.

Aspen Jacobsen

Aspen Jacobsen tells stories like a country artist and speaks her mind like a folk musician. Recognized as one of the top vocalists in the country by the YoungArts Foundation earlier this year, listeners are surprised by 18-year-old Aspen’s empathic and thought-provoking lyrics and her flair for time-honored roots music. She has a natural gift for connecting with her audience through her introspective lyrics and emotive voice.

In the fall of 2022, Aspen enrolled in the University of Southern California’s Popular Music Program as a singer-songwriter after graduating from Interlochen Arts Academy’s High School in Northern Michigan. She released her first full length album, Arsonist Daughter, October 2022. Previous recordings include; Love Each Other Right (Nov. ’19) and self-titled EP Aspen (Oct. ’18).
