Reina del Cid is a singer songwriter and leader of the eponymous folk rock band based in Minnesota. Her song-a-week video series, Sunday Mornings with Reina del Cid, has amassed 30 million views on YouTube and collected a diverse following made up of everyone from jamheads to college students to white-haired intelligentsia. In 2011 she began collaborating with Toni Lindgren, who is the lead guitarist on all three of Del Cid’s albums, as well as a frequent and much beloved guest on the Sunday Morning videos.
Zoe Nygaard is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Clarkston MI. She is currently studying at Berklee College of Music, where she will be learning vocal performance, songwriting and music production. Zoe started voice lessons with Jennifer Kincer at age 8, where she learned classical vocal technique, which later developed into a unique and soulful sound. With Kincer’s studio, Zoe has performed at hundreds of events and festivals all over the Detroit area. Zoe also headlined at Taste of Clarkston in 2017 and 2018 after studying at Interlochen Center for Performing arts. Zoe has also performed at the Varsity Theater in St. Paul MN, and at the famous Carnegie Hall with her choir. She graduated a year early from Clarkston High School and spent her gap year working at 20 Front Street, where she has opened for Matt Brown, Liz Longley, Chris Trapper, and a songwriter’s round hosted by Steve Taylor.
