Nate Fredrick was born in Springfield Mo and began to teach himself guitar at the age of 12. He discovered a passion for music after an accident left him bedridden at the age of 20 with his jaw wired shut. At this time he began to compose his own music. His bluesy alternative Americana style stems from many different influences, such as Ryan Bingham, Otis Redding and Van Morrison. Such influences give a unique styling to his music, which is tough to claim in a single genre. With interesting chord progressions and alternate tunings, coupled with worn vocals, the music of Nate Fredrick is nothing short of unique. He has shared the stage with The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Chris Janson, Ben Gallaher, Easton Corbin, REO Speedwagon, and Pat Benatar. Nate Resides in Nashville,TN. His debut album “Outside The Lines” was released in February 2017 and reached number #8 on the iTunes singer/songwriter charts.
Sami Mei is a vibrant singer/songwriter from Metro Detroit whose style blends the infectious catchiness of pop melodies with an acoustic indie flair. Mei’s powerful voice and lyrical introspection lend themselves to her upbeat arrangements, at times giving her music a somehow timeless quality. She was inspired to pursue music at a young age after getting hooked on a video of Elton John’s iconic guest appearance on “The Muppet Show.” Mei started writing her own songs and playing piano at age 8, then picked up a guitar several years later so she could perform a broader range of material. She continues to be passionate about performing and has appeared at such venues as The Fox Theatre and Madison Square Garden. Already working on recording her third CD of original music, Mei somehow finds time to work with charities, lending her talents to events for the Youth Action Board, Gleaner’s Food Bank, and Kids Kicking Cancer. In her spare time, Mei enjoys photography and prefers shooting city and landscapes over portraits. Her hope is to travel as much as possible and explore the world to find even more sources to tap for her music. The talented teen already has the old soul of a seasoned explorer, so the future holds endless possibilities for discovery.
