King Comrade explores the landscape of human emotion without feeling stilted
The craft of songwriting is of the utmost concern for these seasoned musicians, and that craftsmanship is on full display in their self-titled debut album. The songs are equal parts catchy and thought provoking. Listeners may find themselves singing along and delving down a path of self introspection simultaneously. King Comrade explores the landscape of human emotion without feeling stilted or hackneyed in their presentation.
King Comrade consists of Jon Rice, Matt Hines, and Steve Stetson (all formerly of the Detroit pop/rock outfit Bear Lake). They’ll be teaming up with former Bear Lake compatriots Erik Pederson and Brian Kwasnik along with Bassist Steve Lehane for this special performance at 20 Front Street.
